META PUCKETT Meta Rue Puckett, age 61, passed away May 14, 2012, in Boulder City. She was born July 8, 1950, in Sweetwater, Texas, to James and Meta Haggard Odom. Meta married Rudolph Puckett, July 17, 1981, in Riverside, Calif. Meta had lived in Boulder City for the past 20 years working at the Boulder City Hospital as a nurse. Meta enjoyed doing crafts, cooking and decorating. She loved to take care of the grandchildren and was a wonderful wife and mother. She is survived by her husband, Rudolph Puckett; four children, Robby Puckett, Wade Puckett, Tara Lewis and Tiffany (Neal) Densmore; a brother, James Odom; and six grandchildren, Emma, Ryan, Lucy, Derrick, Lacy and Jeffery. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Boulder City Family Mortuary and the family held a private service. I only joined the website this year, and was so sad to see your passing. I had tried in the past to locate you, but was not successful.
You were a good friend to me at AHS, and we had a lot of good times.
You had a wonderful smile and was always upbeat!
