Carolyn Sue Dayhoff, 63, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013, at her Abilene residence.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 21, 2013, at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Faith, 5701 Highway 277 South, Abilene. Burial will follow in Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories Cemetery, directed by Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at a visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Carolyn was born October 7, 1950 to Benjamin Franklin Robison and Wilma Lorene Davis Robison in Liberty, Texas. She graduated from Abilene High School. Carolyn married Les Dayhoff. She enjoyed gardening, reading, sewing, and crocheting. Carolyn especially loved her cats, Sophie, Gabby, and Tooter. She loved to laugh and have fun and spend time with family and friends. Carolyn was employed by Lowe's Home Improvement as a cashier.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Les Dayhoff; and her son, Roy Thomas Neal.

Survivors include her daughter, Donna Sue Gohn and husband, Allen; a brother, Franklin L. Robison; a sister, Jeanette Cullum and husband, Robert; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and many close friends that loved her very much.
